The Pax 1776 Tenon saw with a 15 tpi Rip cut (for cutting with the grain) teeth formation. These saws are Thomas Flinn’s finest saws and a must have for all woodworking enthusiasts and is their flagship saw. Made with a heavily folded brass back engraved with “Pax 1776 Sheffield England” and are made today to the same high standards they were two hundred years ago. The traditional open handle is made from English Elm or Maple, depending on supply, and is hand finished with Danish Oil to offer the perfect comfort and grip. These saws are the ultimate in beauty and also in their unrivalled performance. These saws are all tested before leaving the workshop. The saw has a blade length of 10” and a cutting depth of 2”.
