Detailed Description

This KUNZ Combination Set of Four Cabinet Scraper blades (each with a different thickness), a Round Burnisher and a Leather Scraper Wallet is sure to help you produce a smooth surface on any wood without the tedium and dust from using sandpaper.

The Leather Scraper Wallet

Having invested the time to properly prepare your scraper blades through the process of filing, stoning and burnishing you may want to avoid damaging that sharp hook you have created on the scraper. This split grain suede wallet will keep your blades nicely organized as well as protected. The wallet contains vinyl dividers creating compartments to hold 4 scraper blades. Suitable for all scrapers up to a size of 3 1/4" x 6 1/2". Brass fittings to prevent any damage to the edge of the scrapers. Belt loop on the reverse side.

The Round Burnisher

The Round Burnisher by KUNZ is the right tool for ensuring top performance from your cabinet scrapers. Use this burnisher to create the "hook" you need for best performance from your scrapers. The round shape make it suitable for burnishing both straight and curved shaped edges. This burnisher is of the finest German quality with a natural Oak handle, steel ferrule and a properly hardened and tempered steel blade. Overall length of tool is 9 3/4". Made in Germany by KUNZ.

The Four Scraper Blades

This Set of four scrapers are made from premium swedish steel and offer you more versatility than our other scrapers as they come in four different thicknesses. Use the thinnest blade for delicate work and the thickest for coarse work. The four scrapers have the following specifications:

0.5mm (0.020") thickness with a rectangular size of 2 3/8" x 6". This Scraper is extra thin making it an excellent choice for your delicate work.
0.8mm (0.032") thickness with a rectangular size of 2 3/8" x 6". This Scraper has a standard thickness making it an excellent choice for your regular scraping tasks.
1mm (0.042") thickness with a rectangular size of 2 3/8" x 6". This Scraper is extra thick making it an excellent choice for your heavy duty scraping tasks such as glue and paint removal.
0.7mm (0.028") thickness with a Goose Neck size of 2 3/4" x 4 3/4". This Scraper has a standard thickness which combined with its curves make it an excellent choice when you need to scrape curved surfaces.

Each scraper is made from top quality Swedish steel that has been properly hardened and tempered. The long edges have been milled to an accurate 90 degree angle to reduce the need for filing when preparing the edges. For best performance we recommend that the edges be properly prepared and a hook created. Made in Germany by KUNZ.
