A profile gauge is the tool to reach for when you need to copy and transfer shapes from mouldings, turnings and other irregular objects. You will also find this gauge invaluable when fitting tile and carpets. This gauge will allow you to copy a profile up to 1 3/4 deep and 6" long. Compared to our PVC Guage, this steel gauge contains 32 fingers per inch (17 for the PVC gauge) and as such will give you much finer detail.
