This premium quality Brass & Rosewood knife features an adjustable handle and is designed for perfect cutting control. The 4" long adjustable handle is made from solid brass with Rosewood inserts. Carefully assembled by hand, each knife is individually sanded, polished and buffed to a high luster. The 6" x 1/2" blade is ground from 17 gauge chrome vanadium high carbon steel. The blade has been uniformly hardened and tempered as well as polished and honed to a fine edge. Click here to see a spare blade for this knife. The blade is held in place by a slotted set screw and can easily be adjusted.
