This Cone Shape top quality diamond burr is made in the USA and is suitable for all hyper-speed units that accept 1/16" (Friction Grip) burrs. The head has a diameter of 0.100" at the thickest point and tapers down to a diameter of 0.085" at the tip. Head length is 5/32" and overall length is approximately 3/4". Our American Made Diamond Burrs
These 150 grit diamond burrs are made to demanding specifications to ensure uncompromising quality. Starting with a single piece of the highest grade stainless steel, the blanks are turned to exact tolerances to ensure absolute concentricity and balance. Utilizing a proprietary bonding process, the burrs receive a minimum of 6 layers of 100% natural diamond coating. To ensure uniform diamond placement and continued absolute balance, the bonding process uses extreme accuracy in controlling the application of bonding material. As a final step, each burr is subjected to a triple inspection process including a thorough manual hand check. The end result is a top quality American made diamond burr that we believe outperforms any other burr on the market. These burrs are very long lasting and a pleasure to use. Maximum RPM 450,000.
