Deep Curve Hook Knife by Mora of Sweden |

This Deep Curve Hook Knife comes sharp and ready for use although some very discerning carvers may wish to do some final honing. It is made by the famous knife maker, Mora of Sweden, established in 1891. Made from superior Swedish High Carbon Steel , hardened and tempered to Rc 59-60, it is a great choice for carving spoons, cups, bowls and other carvings with deep hollows. For superior strength and robustness, the tang of the knife extends completely through the handle. Overall length approximately 6-1/4. The knife has a single bevel making it suitable for pull cuts with your right hand or for push cuts with your left hand. The radius of the blade curve is about 7/16". Oiled Birchwood handle.
