Ground from 11 gauge chrome vanadium high carbon steel, this is a very stout and rugged knife. The 2-1/8" long blade has been uniformly hardened and tempered as well as taper ground to a sharp and straight cutting edge. The full tang blade has been triple pinned to an Oak handle. The back of the tang protrudes about 5/8" to allow for prying tasks such as opening up paint cans. Overall length is 6-1/2". This is a great general purpose shop knife. Made in the USA by R.
