With this tool you may convert your electric drill to a flex shaft machine allowing you to sand and carve in places you could not reach before. This 53" heavy-duty flexible shaft has integral strain relief at each end and incorporates a total of three sealed ball bearings (two in support of the handle and one in support of the drive shaft end). The handle is made from steel as opposed to plastic and features a 3/8" capacity Jacobs-style three-jaw chuck. The 6mm (1/4") inner steel shaft attaches to most drills.
