Laminated Steel Sloyd Knife - 2" Blade |

This 2" Sloyd Knife comes absolutely razor sharp and ready for use. It is made by the famous knife maker, Mora of Sweden, established in 1891. It is a great choice for whittling and carving. The Laminated Steel grade blade is unique to Mora of Sweden. The core of the blade is of high carbon steel surrounded by a softer alloyed steel layer. As a result of this lamination, a very high edge hardness (Rc 61-62) can be achieved for superior edge retention while at the same time having a blade that is very tough. Also, for additional strength and robustness, the tang of each knife extends completely through the handle. Overall length is about 6-1/2". Oiled Birchwood handle. Comes with a plastic sheath with a belt loop. Made in Sweden.
