Ductile cast iron bodies with soles and sides ground flat and square. The cast and polished bronze caps add some heft behind the cutting edges and feel very good in the hand. The adjustable mouths allow for a narrow opening for fine work or a wide opening for taking thicker shavings. With its lower blade angle, the 60-1/2 plane is ideal for difficult wood or end grain work. It measures 6” long with a 1-3/8” wide blade bedded at 13 degrees. The weight is 1 lb 12 oz. Made in India.
