The Push Knife is similar to a drawknife in that it is used for large roughing out and shaping tasks. Cuts are typically done by pushing the 4" blade through the work piece. The Push Knife is hand forged out of top quality Swedish Tri-Flex, hardened and tempered. Featuring oiled hardwood handles, the Push Knife will arrive pre-sharpened and ready for use although some users may prefer to do some more honing before use. Overall length is about 14-1/4".
