Shallow Curve Hook Knife by Mora of Sweden |

This Shallow Curve Hook Knife comes sharp and ready for use although some very discerning carvers may wish to do some final honing. It is made by the famous knife maker, Mora of Sweden, established in 1891. Made from superior Swedish High Carbon Steel , hardened and tempered to Rc 59-60, it is a great choice for carving spoons, cups, bowls and other carvings with deep hollows. For superior strength and robustness, the tang of the knife extends completely through the handle. Overall length approximately 7". The knife has a double bevel making it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users as it allows for both push or pull cuts with either hand. The radius of the blade curve is about 1". Oiled Birchwood handle.
