The No. 60-1/2 block plane, with its lower blade angle, is ideal for difficult wood or end grain work.
The plane has an adjustable mouth and features
a 1-5/8” wide cutting iron made from 1/8” thick
A2 steel for superior edge retention; precision
ground ductile cast iron bases for accuracy; patented
lateral adjusters for easy fine tuning and
solid brass hardware for smooth adjustments.
The plane is approximately 2-1/8” wide and
6-1/2” long.
With the reintroduction of the old Sweetheart
(S.W.) logo, Stanley has brought to market a line
of five premium hand planes. Each plane comes
with a manufacturer’s limited life time warranty
