The large surfaces of this Two Sided Strop Paddle will enable you to put a mirror finish on all your knives, gouges and chisels. One side of the strop features split grain suede leather and the other side features smooth leather. We recommend you charge the suede leather side with our chrome rouge honing compound (or similar) and leave the smooth side as is. Start the stropping process on the suede side and finish it on the smooth side. The leather surfaces measure 9" x 3". This is a substantial wooden paddle strop with an overall length of 15". Made in USA.
