Tormek

Tormek T-7 and T-3 Sharpening Systems are made in Sweden and built to last. Tormek backs both the T-7 and the T-3 with a 7-year warranty. Although both machines use the same jigs, there are some key differences. The T-7 has a steel frame (plastic for T-3), a 200W motor (120W for T-3) and a 10" x 2" grinding wheel (8" x 1-5/8" for T-3). The slow speed grinding wheels run in a water trough. The water prevents the tool from over heating. After sharpening, the leather honing wheel hones a razor sharp edge. There are optional jigs for a variety of tools. The jigs slide onto a micro adjustable support bar (included with both machines) permitting perfect control.
