The Mortise & Marking Deluxe Gauge is a very nice tool made from plantation grown Rosewood and solid brass that you're sure to enjoy using. One side of the post has a single marking pin for general marking use. The other side of the post has two pins for laying out mortises. The Deluxe Mortise & Marking Gauge by Crown incorporates a smooth mechanism for adjusting the width between the two mortise marking pins. You can make fine and precise adjustments to the mortise marking width simply by turning the brass thumbscrew at the end of the gauge.

This gauge also features solid brass fittings including two solid brass wear plates and one brass wear plug on the head for added durability. This is a handsome as well as a functional gauge. Measures 8" in length. Crafted in England.
