The Set of 5 Carving Knives are exclusively made for us by a second generation knife maker. The mirror polished blades are hand forged from the best high carbon steel available and hardened and tempered to a guaranteed Rockwell hardness of Rc 61. The finely sculpted handles are crafted from multi-colored Pakkawood and have been designed to provide for comfort and optimal control. Blade dimensions are approximate as a result of the hand made nature of these knives. Honing recommended before use. The set includes:
