Our favorite Hook Knives are those made by the famous knife maker, Mora of Sweden, established in 1891. Made from superior Swedish High Carbon Steel, hardened and tempered to Rc 59-60, they are a great choice for carving spoons, cups, bowls and other carvings with deep hollows. For superior strength and robustness, the tangs of the knives extend completely through the handle. Overall length approximately 6" - 7". The shallow and medium curve knives have a double bevel making them suitable for push or pull cuts with either hand. The deep curve knife has a single bevel making it suitable for pull cuts with your right hand. Oiled Birchwood handles.
