Our Quality Guarantee
Our entire range of tools and supplies are guaranteed for a full 90 days from the purchase date. If you have received a faulty item, just return the item with a copy of your invoice to the address below. Please also include a note as to the nature of the problem. If upon inspection we determine that the item was faulty, we will notify the manufacturer immediately and credit you back right away. In the rare event you recieved a faulty item or there was an error on our part, we will reimburse you in full for the shipment back to us (at regular UPS Ground Rates) and pick up the tab for any re-shipments back to you. Be assured, we’ll make it right.

Returns/Exchanges
Sometimes you just need to make an exchange or decide you just don’t need a tool after all. No problem. We ask you to return any UNUSED tool within 90 days of purchase to the address below via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. Just return the item or items with a copy of the original invoice (noting your instructions for exchange or return). A reason for return or exchange is also appreciated.

If you are simply changing your mind and the tool is UNUSED, we will be happy to credit you in full for the tool. If your tool was shipped under the Free Ship offer, a small fee of $7.95 will be deducted to cover the original shipment cost. We cannot take USED tools or bits in return unless the item was faulty as verifed by us. Do provide an up-to-date daytime contact number or email on your return or exchange so we can reach you if needed.

Shipping Policy
We ship for FREE to the continental US (lower 48 states) on orders over $75 (before tax) unless specifically noted on the product description page. These "Free Ship" orders will ship either USPS Mail or UPS Ground/Surface at our discretion.

If you need a package in a real hurry, we also offer UPS Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day shipping. Rates are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of your order and your zip. An expedited order is packed and shipped the same day if the order is in before 2pm Central Standard Time. Please note that UPS considers many non-metro areas to be "extended delivery" areas as of 1/07 so those rates will be reflected in your cost quoted online.

For orders of less than $75 (before tax), a handling and shipping charge will apply. This charge is meant to cover not only the shipping costs but also the handling and processing costs involved. The charge will be calculated automatically at checkout and will depend on the level of shipping service selected (e.g., UPS Ground, Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day) and on the weight and zip of the shipment. Expedited shipments will typically ship with UPS. Ground/Surface shipments will be shipped USPS Mail or with UPS at our discretion.

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii and offer competitive rates. However, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify for our free shipping offer. You have the choice of "Surface" or expedited UPS shipment to Alaska or Hawaii. If you choose the "Surface" option to Alaska or Hawaii, we will reduce your ship rate to reflect the actual priority mail rates plus $2 handling (unless your package requires UPS delivery due to size/weight of package (e.g. cant hooks). Our online system only calculates UPS rates to Hawaii and Alaska so this shipping rate reduction will be handled manually if you place the order online. Just call us if you’d like to discuss the details of your shipment. Expedited costs for UPS shipment to Alaska and Hawaii are as quoted on our online system.

We no longer ship overseas.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. CST are usually shipped the same day. UPS Ground and USPS regular shipments generally take from 5 to 7 business days.

Cancelling An Order
Just contact us a 1-800-509-0081. We’ll do our best to cancel the shipment if notified immediately. Please have your order number and customer information handy when contacting us. If the order has already shipped, just send it back for a full refund.
